We Pay Attention To Details.

Rest assured your satisfaction is our first priority. In fact, we treat your laundry as if it were our own. However, we still need to agree to some rules to ensure that there are no misunderstandings about Hasimex Cleaners, LLC.'s Mobile Laundry Delivery Services in Orlando, Florida (referred to as "we," "us," "our,” or " Hasimex Cleaners ") or your obligations. By using our service, you acknowledge and accept the following Terms and Conditions. By using our service, you agree that your clothes are suitable to be washed in water, on a normal cycle, and dried using heat in a tumble dryer. Similarly, we reserve the right to refuse service items that we feel will be hazardous to our staff, such as items heavily soiled with body fluids and human or animal waste. This is for the health and safety of our team.

Sorting Laundry

Please make sure to check your pockets/laundry thoroughly before pick-up. We can’t be held responsible or liable for any forgotten items in your laundry. All laundering processes, regardless of how gentle, cause normal wear and tear on clothing. Before washing, we will notify you of any wear and tear of laundry, including loss of buttons, fading, flaws, holes, or abrasions. Based on our laundry experience, we reserve the right to reject any particular piece of laundry. Any unsorted laundry inside the laundry bag will be washed together otherwise instructed. Along the same lines, we can't be held responsible for the re-disposition of colors (aka bleeding) or dimensional changes (aka shrinking or stretching). Concentrated dye clothing, such as Jeans, Delicates, and Dry Clean “Only,” should be sorted separately.

Laundry Received

We will notify you through text message of the number of clothes picked up and dropped off. We carefully track your clothes. For instance, we tag all our bundles with your name, inside a designated laundry cart from start to finish.

Unattended Pick-up and Delivery

Photos will be taken after the delivery and sent to your contact number on file if you request that we leave your laundry unattended (e.g., on your porch, in a hallway, or in your foyer) or with a third party (e.g., with a doorman or a neighbor), we are not responsible for your laundry before we have picked it up or after we have dropped it off. You also agree that our pick-up and drop-off time records are true and accurate.

Dry Cleaning Terms

Hasimex Cleaners will inventory all dry-cleaning items once picked up for delivery to partnering dry cleaners. This inventory is final, and we will track your items carefully to return them to you. As with our standard laundry process, Hasimex Cleaners cannot be responsible for wear and tear resulting from cleaning, for very delicate items such as buttons or sequins, or for clothing missing proper care labels.

Extra’s

"Extras" will be charged as billed and incurred at the discretion of Hasimex Cleaners and the dry cleaner to process your garment the best way possible, and multiple trips will incur the $19.99 handling fee upon delivery. These charges will be added to your final invoice. Items such as leather, plastics, or non-fabric clothing are not accepted. 

General Terms for All Services – Scheduling, Minimum Load, and Cancellation

You can schedule your appointment through our website www.hasimexcleaners.com or call us at (689) 247-1414. We require at least 2 hours’ notice for residential appointments, at least 2 hours notice for commercial appointments, and a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for catering appointments. The cost is $1.75 per pound, and ten pounds is the required minimum weight, or $17.50, which is the required cost. We also charge a handling fee $10.99  and others will not exceed $19.99 which is not included and depending on location. Please notify us more than 1 hour before your appointment so we don't come to your address and charge you a $19.99 no-show fee. Hasimex Cleaners provides pick-up and delivery services. We are particularly proud of this aspect of our business and hope that our delivery service is part of the reason you have decided to use Hasimex Clearners. There are, however, circumstances when we may be unable to complete deliveries (like inclement weather, torrential rain, or unforeseen circumstances which cannot be prevented. Please ensure pets are securely caged or placed on a leash for safety.
